"My gym banned loose chalk so this was the move. No mess, fits in my bag, and my calluses dry out faster. 10/10."
Sarah K. — Verified Buyer
★★★★★
"Got the bundle. Quality is way better than expected at this price. The wraps feel like my buddy's $40 pair. Apex is legit."

Frequently Asked Questions

Everything you need to know about Apex Grip Co. products.

How long does a chalk ball last?
With daily gym use (5-6 sessions per week), one Apex Chalk Ball typically lasts 3-6 months. It's refillable — when it runs low, just unscrew the top, pour in loose chalk, and reseal. You'll get months more out of it.
Is the chalk ball allowed at my gym?
Most gyms that ban "chalk" are banning loose chalk because of the mess. Chalk balls contain the chalk inside a mesh fabric, so it only applies to your hands — no dust clouds, no residue on equipment. We've never heard of a gym banning chalk balls. If yours does, check out our Liquid Chalk as an alternative.
How fast do you ship?
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Delivery typically takes 7-15 business days depending on your location. US orders over $25 ship free. You'll receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order ships.
What's your return policy?
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you're not satisfied with any product, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll make it right — either a full refund or a replacement, your choice. The product should be in its original condition.
What size wrist wraps should I get?
Our wrist wraps are 18" length which fits all wrist sizes. The wrap goes around your wrist multiple times — more wraps = more support. 18" is the standard competition length and works for everyone from beginners to advanced lifters.
When should I use wrist wraps vs lifting straps?
Wrist wraps = pushing movements (bench press, overhead press, heavy dumbbell work). They stabilize your wrist joint.

Lifting straps = pulling movements (deadlifts, rows, pulldowns, shrugs). They help your grip hold heavier weight. That's why we made both — and why the bundle is the move.
Can I use the recovery ball for plantar fasciitis?
Yes — rolling the Apex Recovery Ball under your foot is one of the most effective ways to relieve plantar fascia tightness. Apply moderate pressure and roll from heel to toe for 2-3 minutes per foot. It's firmer than a tennis ball, which makes it more effective for deep tissue work.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently we ship to the United States. International shipping is coming soon. Sign up for our newsletter to be notified when we expand to your country.
